Meet Keilani
Finding the right therapist can feel exhausting and challenging. My goal is to make sure that you can get a sense of who I am so that you can feel confident about finding someone who can really understand you. I believe in providing a holistic counseling experience that is led by the desire to understand human emotion and the mind body connection with evidence based research.
I often provide counseling homework to help you boost your healing and grow the skills that you're seeking so that you can reach your goals. In other words, I want to actively work towards finding solutions and helping you find an inner sense of peace.
I enjoy working with individuals to help them manage their stress, reduce anxiety, work through generational trauma, find closure with their past, create healthy boundaries, and maintain healthy relationships. I want to understand my clients' values and help them create an authentic and fulfilling life. I feel honored to hear my client's stories and help them to feel empowered to make positive changes in their life. Being a present and caring therapist who keeps it real, that's what I am about.
I am passionate about my work and am continually learning and growing professionally so that I can provide high quality, research backed care to my clients. I love this work!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, going to concerts, reading, and traveling!
